Policies and Information

All Weekly Units are equipped with A/C, Linens, Flat Screen TV, Full baths (#2 stand up shower only) including bath towels (beach towels are not provided), full kitchens supplied with dishes/utensils (no large pots or ovenware).

All Nightly Motel Units include daily maid service (summer season only)

Special Events and Holidays 3-5 Minimum Stay Required

All Other Rooms are rented weekly Saturday-Saturday during summer season.

Weekly units are responsible for their own housekeeping, trash transfer to rubbish receptacles, and towel exchange (must be placed in towel bin outside door before 11am).

Pets and Fireworks are prohibited

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to reserve

Arrival Time:

All arrivals should be planned for after 3pm. This allows us enough time to thoroughly clean all units.

Departure Time:

No later than 10am. We must prepare for incoming guests.

Extras Not Included in Rates:

Reservations:

All Deposit are subject to a 25% cancellation fee and are credited for the entire length of stay.
Reservations are tentative until 50% deposits is received.

Motel Deposits are refunded if cancelled 10 days prior to arrival less the 25% cancellation fee.

All Other Deposits are refunded if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival less the 25% cancellation fee.

No refunds on october deposits, early departures, dock slips or # of reserved guests.

Balance due is payable upon arrival- we accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, money orders and travelers checks.

Personal Checks are only accepted if received at least two weeks prior to arrival- there is a $35.00 fee on all returned checks.

Pet Policy:

Pets are not allowed on the boulders resort property at any time. Service dogs are permitted only with certification and service vest, which must be worn at all times while on the property. Service dogs must be vaccinated and licensed. Under title II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), emotional support, animals, comfort and therapy animals are not considered service animals. Only service dogs are permitted.

There will be absolutely no exceptions made regardless of your past experience with us or the size of your service animal. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any dog that displays unacceptable or dangerous behavior, including defecation or urination in public areas. We require use of designated pet areas on the grounds and clean up after your pet under no circumstances is the dog allowed to be left unattended in your unit at any time. You are required to leash your dog when in any common areas. The guest agrees to release, defend, and indemnify the resort from any, and all claims or damages related to your dogs stay at the resort.
